We use about 15 ounces of dough for half order and 25 for full order. We use a dough sheeter and run it at a thicker setting, like double dough setting. We take the circle of dough and cut about inch strips vertically and horizontally for like a 1”x 1” square piece of dough. We fry them for a few minutes. Our most popular would be the Parmesan garlic.
