Equipment purchase question

    Hello all :)

    First of all, I would like to thank all of you who shared information with me and helped my knowledge to grow significantly. Being here for the last few months, it gave me a whole new perspective on how I see things, in a better way than I used to!

    To my question now...
    If any of you were going to do an upgrade on POS equipment, install new TV menu boards or surveillance system, or even all 3 in a new store, which purchase / payment option would you be interested in?
    Would you rather go with the upfront cost of thousands or with no upfront cost and monthly payments?
    Could you share what would you choose and why?
    1. Outright Purchase
    2. Leasing with option to buy
    3. Rent to Own
