Part time controller?

    Hello all

    In the past I've always done all my own accounting / bookkeeping/ bills etc. I have been looking into using a part time controller who would handle all the financial aspects then report them to me. There is Of course there is a cost for the service but I feel the time that it would free up for me could be worth it. I was wondering if any of you use a service like this and what your experience may have been.

    We started with someone in this type of position.

    Ultimately I let her go and have taken it over. My MIL and I share duties which will be much easier as we are switching to an online accessible accounting program. Stoked about that.

    I prefer to have 100% of the knowledge about whats going on, not just a report.
