Hi. We're planning a pizza delivery service for busy lunch areas in Mauritius. Here to learn to tips and avoid classic startup errors. We'll keep the menu very simple, 3 veg and 2 meat choices (Mauritius is very veg) with some local flavour added (fresh chilli sauce, spices). The plan is to par baked the bases at home and then assemble and final bake from a small mobile trailer on the street where workers are. People commonly buy food from motorbikes, back of cars etc here We've tried the baking process and the pizza is delicious. Any suggestions?
