What's everyone paying for wings?

    I have a deck oven, its at the highest setting, its really old so I doubt its at what the dial says, I just make sure theyre are cooked through. We fry them to crisp them up and give nice color, when it comes to wings my customers like them well done.

    You can cold hold for a few days at least. Mine dont last more than a couple days.
    You can freeze them after youve precooked them and slack out what you need the day before. I used this method before wings became popular

    I going to try that. I buy the tyson precooked wings and people love them,
    including me. I have tried many times to make my own wings but they taste like shit. I found many recipes on the internet and youtube, and they all say you have to use baking powder. I think that may be where I am going wrong.

    It sure would improve my food cost if I could prep my own.

    Not sure about the oyster sauce though. I will give it a shot.
