Brand New XLT 3240 cooking uneven

So all ours are the opposite. The oven door side is hotter. They have finger fixes for this, However I have never gotten one to cook evenly side to side. All my ovens are 10 years old, so I can’t speak to new ovens. I also prefer this as it gives a split baking option. I run bread apps through...

    Switch to Grande Cheese

It will be well over $3 a pound for grande. Personally this is my favorite cheese. If I am making a pizza this will be what I want on it. However, and I have used it in the past and considered switching back multiple times. I always blind taste it with regulars against my cheese. Its always...

    I'm out. I closed today

Tim- Thank you for all the actual information on what it sold for. Very helpful for what shops actually sell for. Good luck. I’m jealous you never have to deal with made up employee drama ever again

    I'm out. I closed today

Smiling, I congratulate what you have done, especially for the disabled community. However, here is my issue with you. You constantly mention low labor. One man shop etc. Labor below 40, paying $9 an hour. In the same breath you mention all you are doing for the disabled community. Which one is...

    Worldpay Upside

[email protected] [email protected] [email protected] These are the three contacts I have. Calling worldpay will take you a couple of hours because the initial people will not have any idea what you are talking about. Its been 10 days and its still coming out with them...

    Worldpay Upside

Point of Success. These are not the credit card fees. It’s an app Worldpay automatically signs you up for, then takes fees out of your account for it.

    Worldpay Upside

Yes, they look exactly like the credit deposits, only they are small debits

    Worldpay Upside

Worldpay is automatically enrolling businesses in Upside. They send out an email (mine went into spam) saying you need to opt out or you will be enrolled. If you see daily small amounts coming out of your account you are paying for upside. It was $4 here, then $6 there. Different amounts...

    Exclusive Pepsi account

In my opinion its all about your local distributor and how they are run. I was coke for 10 years, then Heartland bought our distributor. It seemed like they were actively trying to get away from non chain accounts. Switched to pepsi. Locally owned distributor, who is much more supportive and 10x...

    Switching from Worldpay

I’m looking at Heartland. I’m point of success which means a few extra fees since worldpay is their preferred provider. I wish they would change that since it doesn’t seem worldpay is too interested in being competitive for the small independent businesses.

    Switching from Worldpay

Switching from world pay. They are charging a fee to provide the information on the gift cards. Its around $1500. Playing with a couple different ideas, ie making new processor pay it etc. Anyone had any luck avoiding this fee. In the end im just done with worldpay.

    Dough rounder dilemma

I recommend getting one. It makes cutting and rolling dough a one person job. I find with two people doing it they tend to slow each other down talking etc. All my shops have them.

    Hobart Agitator

The pin that holds the hook is broken, and will not come out. Hobart can not punch it out, and is saying I need a new agitator. The hobart part is over 1k. You can find a direct replacement part for $200. Just wondering if this is a simple job. It seems from the manual it is. Hobart however...
