We have a customer that usually wants one or two pieces with no cheese. We tell him we’ll get it close, but don’t hold us responsible for the melted cheese to run over on the cheese-less pieces. It works.

At the hotels I service, I tell them if I get 3 delivery orders at their hotel, I’m bringing them a free pizza with the 3rd delivery. Cost me about $3, but those hotel tickets are usually a little larger than average. When we take the first one to a hotel that evening, I have the driver stop by...

We give ours to the people in the hotels, and to the carry out customers that ask.

The zoning commission where my shop is would just drive by, toss it in the back of their truck, and send me a bill.

We give receipts. We also have coupons on the back of the receipt. For us, the coupons bring customers back to the shop.
