I never thought of it as taking from my employees. Maybe that’s how they felt. My one locations tip jar makes about 20 a week. It was a lot easier for me to take it and say it goes to drinks then have to get a dollar from whenever they took a soda
Having a tip jar in that location has been a...
Just wondering how everyone handles the tip jar. I used to keep the tips and say the money went to all the sodas everyone drank. Now I have a second location and the people in this town really fill the tip jar. I can’t decide if I just split it with everyone.
I’ve recently taken over a local factories cafeteria and they will be paying me very well for catering their working employees on the upcoming holidays. My question is how do you go about having employees work on holidays
Just picked up my blodget 1000 double stack and delivered it to my soon to be second store. The people I bought it from used a pallet jack to load it on their sides on dollies. My question is. Now that its on its side with the legs on it how do I lay it over on its legs without crushing the legs
I have no way of knowing if they are leaving the hood or not. I offered them $2000. I think that is fair. Going to take a day or two to think about why on earth I’d want two stores

I’m thinking about buying another set off blodgett 1000 deck ovens. And wondered about how much they weigh without the stones and about how many people I need to move them
I’ve been using bacio for the past few months and have been blown away by it. I’ve used grande off and on and it never did anything for me. This week I think I paid 2.19.
I made coke and Pepsi duke it out for my business. In the end coke won and I signed an exclusive contract with them for three years. I got the prices I wanted and they give me a nice check every may!!
I believe it was fifty dollars a month and .25 a transaction. But with the cash card you can easily just take the money out of an ATM. So I didnt see many people coming in using the card.
A few weeks a received a call asking if I wanted to accept ebt. Not the food stamps part of it but for people who receive cash benefits on their card. After listening to them talk about fees they said if I used there credit card processor their would be no fee.
Part if me wants to get in on this and the other part drives me insane. When I see people in the grocery store buying fresh lobster and shrimp or going somewhere and buying bushels of crabs I want rip that card out of there hand. I can’t afford those things.!!
But then again if I accepted the...
