does anyone remember what the price of a Large Pizza was in 1981?

Anyone know where i can find a chart that shows the current wheat prices that affects flour prices.
Im trying to follow the market to see when i should buy my next big order.
My flour just went down $2 a bag.
I still have enough flour for 4 weeks.
If its going to go down again id rather wait...
We Use Bakers Pride Deck Ovens
During working hours we keep the ovens at 500 degrees
at night when we close up we set them to 375
In the morning we turn them back up to 500 and
wait for about 15 minutes to get up to temp.
I feel that the ovens are using a lot of gas during non working hours.
