    We use these…Amazon.com I have two - 25# scales on the pizza line and the 12# scale on my sandwich line. Everything gets weighed. No problem with them.

    We start at $3 and up to $5 if you are on the fringe of our delivery area. We are $6 if delivering to a hotel. Split 50/50 with driver.

    Brownies Made in a Conveyor

    We just started using a pre-done batter by Krusteez. 8z in a 7” round foil. Cook 6 minutes at 400 on conveyor ( ours is set at 3 min, so 2 passes) then cool, lid into cooler til order. Then it’s thru at 400 for 3 minutes. Done. So far customers love it.

    Dumpster fly problem

    Go to a farm store and buy the stuff for horse barns. I think it’s call Golden Malrin. Throw a handful of the granules in the dumpster each week and it works for us.
