    i bought a GAM deck oven from ility GAM (www.gaminternational.it ) when i bake pizza in it , the top heat can dry out pizza toppings and the bottom can be undercooked. and the bottom is in a color white also a little wet. i set the up temperature 250C,down temperature 250C. i want my pizza...

    How to shape dough to pizza with hand?

    i can not shape it with hand? my pizza shape is 6" 9" 12" is there any different with 6" and 9"12"? confused a lot,anyone can afford a video or instructor(step by step) with picture is perfect. :lol: thank for everyone’s attention 😉
