It’s the cycle. As a business owner in California where wages are high, the cycle goes minimum wage goes up, everyone is happy. Prices go up everyone starts to complain.

I was told it was a chemical reaction from the pineapple juice and the pork roll and Canadian bacon that we were using. I switched to a smoked ham and that eliminated the problem.
Interesting. I haven’t watched. I have cooked up a pizza with just Canadian bacon(no pineapple). And left it in the fridge overnight and it doesn’t happen. It’s only on pieces and spots that pineapple is touching. It’s very strange
Sorry, should have clarified. Those are the complaints from a few customers. So I did some experimenting and I received the same res. Even switched around multiple meat suppliers and options. Very strange!

How is there timing with picking up the deliveries? Does your product suffer due to them being on their own schedule(slow to pick up). We time all of our deliveries to be coming out of the oven when a driver is available so they get delivered as fresh as possible. I’d be worried that they would...
