We charge for those items too. We don’t get a lot of customer complaints but of course there’s always one or two. In a joking maner I say “yeah I don’t get it for free either”
We purchased a Star roll toaster a little over a year ago. Lately it seems to not be toasting. We have it on the highest top and bottom heat and the slowest speed and it comes out barely toasted. The rolls are still white. Any thoughts?

According to the guy I spoke to there is no cost to me “because I am in the Buffalo NY market” It won’t work with my POS so that’s the main reason I’m not even considering them.
I got a call from Slice Life yesterday. The rep sent me information and said there is no charge to me to sign up for their services. The charge is on the customer side. Of course he made it sound so wonderful, what am I missing?
