Require a good induction or electric burner

I am curious if there are any induction/electric range style commercial stovetops that will allow me to use a 40-60 quart pot efficiently? Thanks!

    New buildout Oven/hood issues

It does have an outside wall, I’m meeting myself with an HVAC person on Monday to verify if they can do a wall mounted make-up air unit on the outside wall. I had assumed that’s what they would do originally but maybe it’s not possible with a 10 ft hood for the displacement needed?

    New buildout Oven/hood issues

Thank you for your response Steve. Unfortunately our issue is that running the welded ventilation to the roof for the make-up air I believe is the expense that they are attempting to avoid… I’m hoping for some alternatives to using a hood at all, I have seen some “vent-less hoods” but I’m quite...

    New buildout Oven/hood issues

We are currently moving our shop into a 6 story retirement condo with an area designed to be a restaurant. Our problem is that we are now being told that the ventilation (which was agreed that they would handle) is going to cost upwards of 100k. They are proposing instead that we use an...

    Hotel Key Cards

I used to have a link to a company that printed these for around $500 for 10000 and it is no longer in service. Does anyone have a supplier for these or know a company that still provides this service?

Best demographic for highest ROI on a flier drop?

I am curious what everybody finds to be the best age/sex/income group for mass mailer/flier drops? I understand this changes depending on area but I am curious about your experience. I have found that age 20-40 is the best demographic with 40+ ordering with far less frequency in my area I have...

    Do you discount carryout ?

When we first purchased we used to offer 10% off for pickups. Nobody even noticed it and our average pickup was 25$ at the time. I changed it about 2 years ago to any purchase over $30.00 gets a free 2 litre pop, since then my pickups have gone up considerably. Considering I pay at most 1.87 +...

    Dough Issues....

Hi there, sorry for the late reply as I was out of town. @pizza99 - I really like our current cheese to be honest that’s why I am trying to change the crust up a bit to compensate as I think there is more room to work with dough than there is variety of cheese in my area. @Georgiascp - We...

    Dough Issues....

Problem: Floppy 14" pies when cooked after changing recipe We changed cheese and our cheese was browning before the crust so I decided to reduce the amount of yeast by about 20% hoping it would have lower acidity and therefore a nicer browning effect which seems to have worked however now I...

Most successful Coupon/special you have ever ran?

I understand and can agree with you GotRocks, thing is… In my area they do a School coupon book which students sell for $20.00 each, they are a very big hit and it’s a decent deal to grab a page even with the multitude of competitors advertising in it. This is the only reason I am considering...

Most successful Coupon/special you have ever ran?

I am going to test the waters with couponing and would love to hear some of the best results you guys have had. Personally I like to give items away for free rather than “$4.00 off” coupon, I’d rather a “Free cheesesticks”.
