    I do too as well. Only mine is 4%. Have not had any problems with it been doing it for 4 years.

    I’m currently at 21.99 and $1 for each topping. Just had a raise in prices in October raised it $3.

    I currently use farm bureau insurance. Cost me $300 a month for 2 of my own cars and non owned auto.

    I just changed mine to $2.50-4.50 depending on how far away the delivery is. I also pay all but .50 to the driver if they are driving their own car.

    We usually add 15% gratuity to a large order like that.

    We put ours on top of the pepperoni due to the moisture in them, plus the pepperoni tends to burn when on top
