Both cheeses are over rated! Both are good but the prices are ridiculous! I have had some cheaper cheese that in a blind taste test does just as well. Tell your distributor you want to sample a few and cook off some pizza’s and do a blind test with family or staff…

I currently do counter service and I think you lose a lot of that personal one on one feeling with the waiter and staff… I think its a REAL struggle for up-selling. Think about you as a customer, if there is a line behind you with counter service you are rushed maybe and dont order everything...

I use revel… I love it… The best IPAD pos there is. You can set your menu up in the back end yourself… you dont need to wait for them… its very easy… why pay for something you can do yourself? Follow the tutorials… Get your money back, Give it to me… Ill set the menu up for you. 🙂

We have used Diaya Dairy Free cheese for customers that wanted it… Kinda took a little getting used to cooking since it didnt melt like normal cheese and a little of it went a long way. We too use feta on one of our pizza’s. and a Shaved Parmesan to finish off our Prosciutto Arugula pizza

we used to buy a frozen beef… Obviously Cheaper to go with fresh… Popular but definitely freeze it…if you only use it for 1 pie and its not that popular it will go bad fast…

Tell your employees to get another job if they want more hours… dont put yourself in the poor house to give them hours.

I use uprinting.com I get mine printed on gloss paper… and they fold… you just upload the PDF or JPG and they send you back showing you how it would look… this is only good if you have the high res version of your menu. There prices are probably just like the poster aboves… I have found better...

right it goes through WIFI… from the ipad to the printers… you can just wire your printers into a router or hub… Revel was NOT ISIS… ISIS is a totally different company and I believe they went under now… VERY True… They do give you the ability to export stuff for your records. REVEL costs me...
