I am re-thinking how much cheese I put on a pizza. Is there an industry standard multiple that would give me cheese weight per square inch of pizza? For example, a 12 inch pizza is 113 inches, multiplied by (.04) would equal 4.52 ounces of cheese. What are people using for the (.04) multiple...
