    Grab a handful of product, bring it to your other hand and use both ands to evenly distribute , i distribute pepperoni with 2 hands- with thumb, i can haul ass compared to people who use one hand, we don’t weigh anything but we use a measuring cup for our diced cheese -hope this helps !

    Getting started in delivery, seems some of the TT really likes swipe at the door for deliveries. Sounds like the way to go. Does Shop provide iPhone or mini pad and swiper ? Or driver ?

    swipe at door question

    does anyone “only” swipe CC at the door for delivery ? This would make it so the driver would not be handling cash at all making it safer for driver and lessen drivers keeping money.

    Hobart Legacy HL662-1STD 60 Qt. Question

    Hi Walter, we use a 60 qt hobart at the tahoe store using 32 lb sacks of flour, now in colorado springs i use a 100 qt empire spiral mixer and i love it, i usually mix 50 lbs of flour, sometimes 100 lbs - with an A+ M dough rounder, saves lots of time and labor with better dough quality as well...
