There really isn’t a con. One of my locations is mainly carryout delivery. I have a very small dining area. I closed inside and went to drive thru and delivery only. Well, here we’re are and I’ve kept it that way. This store runs 3 Percent less labor than my others. Sales continue positive growth.

Not gonna lie, it has crossed my mind. I have lots of other skills, I just can’t imagine not doing pizza. But I also can’t imagine surviving the next 10 years. Good luck and hope you enjoy it.

They are ok. I personally think they are too thin. They bow a little in the middle. And they don’t insulate real well. They are fairly.easy to clean but you pretty much have to remove them to clean them. I’d stick with the sheetrock ones unless you have no grease or oil.

Don’t do that. They aren’t hard to disassemble. Remove the deck, side panels, then the fingers. Remember where they go and any block off plates.
