I was contacted by Revention about my previous problems and they offered reasonable resolution.

Things happen, i made that post without expecting anything to come of it, however i respect the effort put forth to amend the situation.
I feel obligated to update my status, i was contacted the day i posted about their customer service… which is remarkable considering i didn’t link myself to my business anywhere, my screen name however is similar to my email.
They offered me an apology as well as a few other things that i felt...
I do not have any experience with VitaLink, however i gave my thoughts on Revention in this thread,

Also please echo Bobbio’s concerns, thinking about Revention crashing or having a hard drive failure on one of my systems frightens me...
