When you leave your sauce and toppings back from the edge it will allow the dough to rise more on the crust. Not only does it stop your pizza from looking like a tombstone pizza but it will give your customers somthing to hold on to, And most important you save $$$
We switched to a side cut one(like tom was talking about) because we had this same problem before. These are great they leave no shavings and the cans or lids are smooth not sharp
what state are you in? I was just wondering because I am also close to the border and am about 45 minutes from 2 malls right across from the border, just curious if you were close
The gas valve is fine,it’s most likely the thermostat. Either hooked up wrong or possibly defective-it happens. Check your manual and make sure you hooked everything up properly first.
Try it for a wing flavor -people love it, we call them sweet and sassy wings. We also do a sweet and sassy chix pizza
oh and if your getting franks there from the same company as the gold they should be able to spo it for you
