We do a local fest every year about 3 blocks from the store. So we just have the drivers continuously bring pizzas over. In 2 days we did about $4800 so we did ok . The best part is the meet and greet with the delivery customers that you rarely see, and handing out menus to all the new people...
We used to do it that way back in the day. It works fine but it is time consuming. We use a Hobart vcm now and it does 20lbs in 30 secs ( freaky fast}. But I always keep the grinder as a back up, like when the switch broke on the Hobart.

I cant tell you what type of increase in biz we have had since offering online ordering,. But I can tell you that we started it 5 months ago and it is about 5% of total sales. It is increasing steadily and people that try ordering online continue to order online after that. I see it continuing...
Hey Paul, Im using Loyal Rewards and am very happy with the service and the price. You pretty much call in and tell them what you want to offer and in about 5-10 mins you have a proof. Once you approve it you give them a time and date (or Immediately ) and they send it out. Hope it helps.
