Any response from your worldpay Rep?

I just reviewed my may statements from Worldpay for 2 locations. They jumped from 2.7 to 3.4… Store 1 $700 increase Store 2 $860 increase I spoke w/ a rep at worldpay and they are currently doing a review. Where is everyone else’s rates and with what company?

Store 1 $3,144.32 / 104,085.56 = 3.02 Store 2 $2856.14 / 92,580.41 = 3.08 Just increased last month by .030 I was around 2.70 for both

effective rate = All fees divided by Total CC deposits gives you your effective rate. Thats the only “rate” I speak of to reps because they slide so much bullshit in. Show a cheap rate then fee you to death Store 1 = 2683.51(Fees)/ 99,0035.76(CC Deposits) 2.71% effective rate

Pizza Pirate, I’ve spoken with worldpay and spent hours trying to get my rates down. I’m currently sitting between 2.67 and 2.78 effective rate every month. Is that your effective rate?

Textured. smooth seems to be almost the same cost as stainless
