I have been involved with Pizza for 44 years of my life. 36 years in all different positions at Godfather’s Pizza (operations, R&D director, Franchise director, Director of New Development)/ worked on the franchise and corporate side.

One year is a Regional Director for Sbarro Pizza in the Nebraska, Iowa and South Dakota regions.

Currently I am the Owner/Operator for a local pizza chain in Omaha, NE. Zio’s Pizza…we purchased Zio’s from the original owner who started it in Omaha in 1985.

I also owned a sandwich shop for a year.
