Random question but does anyone have a dog menu

I know this is an older topic, but I haven’t been around much lately. Another thing you may want to take into consideration is that some dogs are food aggressive and may lash out if a child gets too close while they are eating. We own two dogs, one of which I do not ever take to a public place...

    Migali Refrigeration

I purchased a Magili prep table a couple of years ago, It has been functional and I would buy one again, but there are some negatives. The table sits much higher than others. and shorter people have difficulty reaching items at the back of the table. This could be corrected by changing the...

    Fry Bread?

This reminded me of a post years ago where someone here posted about making fried pizza. They cut the pizza into strips, dipped the pieces in batter and deep fried them as an appetizer. We tried it in our kitchen and most of the crew loved it.

    Mozzarella age.

I recalled an old thread where the comment that x number of days after manufacture date should be the cutoff for mozz. I did a significant amount of searching and found this NicksPizzaActive Member You may also be running into a cheese age issue. Even the best of cheeses will oil out and curdle...

Pizza place charging for several months worth

They must be crazy profitable if they ran for “several months” without collecting credit card sales.

    menu pricing

Is it worth having delivery if it is only 5%? I think if you consider drivers wages and insurance that delivery will be most expensive. In our shop over the course of a shift a driver averages 3 orders per hour.

    How did you get started?

We reopened a franchise location that had been closed for 6 months after 2 years of operation. The equipment was all in the store and was financed by previous operator on a lease to own deal. It had been sitting for 6 months without a payment not to mention how long they had gone without a...

    Romaine again

The FDA and CDC have both said to stop serving romaine due to e-coli. What is it with romaine? No caesar or Greek salads today.

    DoorDash

They are awful, they had us listed on their page without our knowledge or consent. They had prices listed significantly higher than mine and listed numerous items we do not have. I found out about it last week when one of their orders went south because they didn’t have a driver available for 2...

    Dog bit Driver

Yesterday afternoon we had a driver deliver to a teenage daughter of one of our regular customers that orders at least once a week for 15 years. The daughter was home alone at the time. She opened the door to get the pizza and their 11 year old Yorkie ran out and bit my driver on the ankle...
