You should report it to your liability insurer…

    That pizza looks “stunning”…

I need some help with my pizzeria, any insight?

In my pizza shop days on slow nights we delivered menus close to houses where deliveries were going…Usually 3 to 6 doors…With a hand written note saying we made a delivery in the neighbourhood wanted to drop our menu off…

    Dessert dough

I think most places that serve deserts just use their normal dough and it is how they are topped that makes them a desert…I get pizza from Westside Pizza in Colville WA every so often and their Cinnamon Stix are nice…Sure looks like regular pizza dough to me…

    Mail Shark - Menu Mailers

I have always thought with EDDM you have in the US ut is quite an “ordeal”…In Canada, no addresses or indicia is required…No special sizes and/or special paper required…No permit required…You can just show up at the post office with your bundles and the postal workers will help you fill out the...

    Mail Shark - Menu Mailers

In my pricing for sales in Canada (sorry I do not sell menus in the US) there is no difference in price between matte finish and gloss finish…It is only when you go to UV (high gloss) is there an extra charge… If you are using a local printer they may not be able to offer gloss or high gloss...

    New Pizza Store- Adverising/Marketing

I am not a fan of mailing an entire market area all at one time…Better to divide it into 5 to 8 segments and mail to 1 segment each week…Then repeat as often as it is showing a return…In my opinion, marketing should not be a fixed % but rather keep spending so long as your “investment” is...

    Label Printer

I have never used a Dymo so no comment there… I have Adobe Illustrator so if I want a label with artwork I do it in illustrator and copy it over…For text I just use P-Touch Editor…

    Label Printer

I have a Brother QL-700 and use labels from House Labels (ebay)…A b&w laser will be less costly if you can use a whole sheet of labels…I just buy blanks on Amazon…

Someone big is finally doing it

IMO Bitcoin would just be a waste of time… When Wal-mart in Canada cut off Visa for a short period of time, they knew that 70% of Walmart customers had another brand of charge card…And if they did not, they were pretty much given a Walmart Mastercard on the spot… Loblaws which is the largest...

Testing your marketing with A/B/C, etc. splits is an absolute must so you can fine tune your marketing…

    Mailings to existing customers

Testing of various offers is the best idea…Sometimes just mailing a new menu to your existing customers will get orders…Other times you may need to be more aggressive with your offers…If you start too aggressive it can be hard to turn back the clock and your customer will keep expecting the deals…

    CC processing fees

Steve not sure why you say “The “Interchange” part, does not depend on any business type or volume!” when interchange rate cards show many different rates for different classes of businesses and for some multiple tiers based on processing volume…

    CC processing fees

The interchange rate depends on type of business, volume, etc., etc…On Mastercard’s list, “hand keyed” is 1.89% plus 0.10…Some processors operate on “razor thin” margins…

    Slices

Or could you do 5 slices for 4.50 each?..Lloyds sells a 5 slice cutter… I thought about this a little more…If your folks are buying 4 slices it might be detrimental to go to 5 or 6 slices…Your margin on each slice should increase but if you still sold the same amount of slices your cash flow...
