I do it for the money and i like being the owner. I make a lot of money and making more as time goes on and would never own my own business if i did not make good money. I think everyone should own there own place for their own reasons tho. If you like or love it an make enough money thats great!!!

My business is doing well but am frustrated at the number of uneducated and inexperienced people who get into the pizza business. I just cant seem to kill them fast enough as fast as I put them out of business there is another who pops right up to lose his/her money and go under 1-2 years later...

I have three and i want more. Works for me but we all have different ideas. Third was the easiest of them all and I started making a nice profit in the second full month.

avg check size is an important indicator for you to see what you can work on to imprve the most important number and that is profit in actual dollars. there are lots of important numbers we all should be looking at ie: food cost, labor cost overhead, sales, avg ticket size, profit margin...
