Has anyone recently purchased a somerset CDR 2000 and having motor issues? I purchased three of these units a little over a year ago and all of the motors have failed. Two were covered under warranty the last one was not.
I use a robot coupe cl50 to shred. They do having a dicing attachment but have not tested. The unit is dependable I just change blades every year or two. My oldest unit is 9 years and still going strong.
I haven’t seen any impact and been doing it for years. I get an email from time to time about correcting my prices. But for reasons you have already listed there is no way I will sell product for a loss or near loss.
I have two turbo chefs. They can get the job done but require a significant amount of trial and error for your specific items. In my opinion they were not worth it. Plus if and when they go down the parts and labor are ridiculous
None they can opt out anytime and my list has grown to 25k subscribers in the four years I have been doing it. Customers only receive one text from me every two weeks
There probably wouldn’t be much difference if you planned on continuing to cook on a screen. Your conveyor oven is probably set in the mid 400s and deck ovens usually operate around 550. I have used a variety of both. What type of deck oven is in the unit?
