If you see what other fast casual places do, locate next to Chipotle. They do their site selection based on fast casual patrons. Biggest opportunity is lunchtime. Stick to small diameter thin pizzas which bake faster (important for time constrained lunch patrons. Good luck! Sent from my iPhone...
