Hi~ I am looking for good pizza stands where the pizza on the tray won’t slide off. I have tried the round silver ones and the round wrought iron ones. But at least once a week, someone tips the pizza off them. Any advice? Thanks!!!

We had $1 cuts on Mondays for the last few months. We change our specials every quarter and changed them for October 1st. Customers came in on Monday for $1 cuts and saw we changed the specials and walked out telling us they were going to Wendy’s…

What do you all do in these scenarios: Water to go. Do you charge for the cup? Wonder if you are in a park by a wave pool and 15 kids come in and want water, that’s it, to go? We have free refills…the parents want a kids cup to share with Jr…charge for the cup? Customer orders, pays, then asks...

I send out an email the 1st of the month to all the Birthdays. Wish them Happy Birthday and offer a FREE DESSERT with a $20 order. It’s good all month long. When they sign up for emai, I send them an email for 10% off any $20 order…good for 2 weeks.

We give our staff a Christmas Bonus from us, based on time on job and level. We also give them a Profit Bonus from the business in January, based on goal attained. In August, we also hold an Employee Appreciation Dinner for them at a nice restaurant.
