    I purchases a book from Peter Reinhart (not sure I spelled his name correctly) called Perfect Pan Dough. He is a bread guru, and has recipes for bread doughs developed by artisan bread makers. I now have an awesome pan dough and have just started to test, making hogie buns with it.

    I don’t have room for a fryer. I buy LaNova pre cooked wings. I sell 5 for $9.50 and sell in multiples of 5. They come in frozen and we run them through our oven twice and they are ready. It is easy.
