    We charge 2.25 for a side. We just half fill a 2oz soufflé cup. We charge $2 for a drizzle on a small and $4 for a drizzle on a large. Located in Oklahoma.

We get weekly P&Ls and we also used the item usage variance reporting based on our POS data recipes, we also do our payroll in the software.     Payroll Provider

    We use Rasi for our accounting and payroll. I know that we looked the integrated with hunger rush when we were looking for POS providers. We use toast currently. Any issues they had were corrected quickly. They even ate fees once or twice.

    We do this. We made them fresh everyday, they are tossed at the end of the day to force our prep team to make new ones.

    They don’t stick to stainless steel appliances. I haven’t had a place to put a magnet in the last 15 years.
