    Limitations on giving time off?

We bend over backwards to get people the time off that they want. Its a job perk. We use the Jolt scheduling app for time off request for a year now, and it has worked wonders keeping it all straight. You can set it up to where only a limited amount of people can ask for the same day off.

Your hot leads are reversed. Take your red and black wires and reverse them at the plug. Leave the white ( sometimes blue ) and green ground wire alone. Should do the trick

Not sure what an air breaker is. But you will definitely need to upgrade to the 3 phase. It shouldn’t be too painful. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

They do have that option. The bowls are detachable and you roll them into a lift. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

R900 Rounder is cutting small pieces of dough off each ball

Ours has always done this also. From from new, and day 1. I would say once in every 10-20 dough balls. They are very small though, maybe the size of a dime. We toss them in with the next batch of dough.

You would probably find the the divider overkill for a 1 store operation. The rounder is an excellent value though. You definitely want the table turner one. They are fast and take 5 minutes to clean. Every once in while they spit out a bad doughball but just toss it in again and it’s perfect...

Glad to see you found one. Although I gave you my vendor info, I really would not recommend them for an item that small. They focus on industrial operations and are a bit annoyed be me and my small orders. They built the Domino’s commissary here in SoCal.

I believe Lang and ABS are partnered to some degree. The lbc 50 would probably do well for you. We used that size at the store level for years. It handles 1 50 lb bag of flour creating a 80lb (or so) batch of dough in 5 to 7 minutes. It comes out of the mixer fairly easily. One average strength...

    Paychex, ADP or Accountant?

We have used Paychex for 35 years. They are not as good as they used to be but they get the job done. They sell a bunch of side stuff now. 401K and the likes.

    Issues with Landlord

Hang in there. It may be the city’s issue if it’s down line. If all you need is a new interceptor I seriously doubt it would be 50k. Putting one in from scratch is 20k. The unit itself is around 7k. The biggest issue would be time. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

That’s bad. You probably have a collapsed line out there. I’ve had that happen both inside the store and just outside. Inside I paid. 10k. Outside the landlord paid. Yours may be the cities line. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

The city I reside in has a population of 60K. Somewhere there is a warehouse with 5300 cases of cheese just waiting for us.
