I haven’t had that come up but I can see a customer ask for pizza sauce mixed with white or pesto sauce. I would charge an additional ingredient. and then just mix it in a bowl or one on top of the other would work. a quick spoodle rinse and your off to the next pizza.
we use our regular pizza dough that went through its normal proofing process and hand stretch it into the pans in the morning, cover them with plastic wrap and stick it on the top shelf by the make table…and there it sits until someone orders one…as they are ordered we set out more till a few...
we got our pans after about 5 week so yeah it seems they don’t keep an inventory. they have been amazing! nothing sticks and actually cut down our cook time on deep dish pizzas by about 8 minutes. I cant say good enough things about them
yup im in this boat too…first the fix was with the media player that didn’t work, then they had me uninstall and reinstall some background program with command prompts (reminded me of the good old days before windows and I wanted to play Astro Grover on the family PC) but that didn’t work ether...
wings are our 2nd most popular item next to thin crust pizza, we have 3 flavors: Buffalo is butter, hot sauce, and spices, bbq is doctored up open pit, and garlic parm is butter, garlic, parm, and spices. all are very popular.

I never had a problem with that…I guess my crew understands it is unprofessional. But yes I wouldn’t allow it if it became a problem. nobody wants to look at a horse chomping on oats while they place an order.
Anyone have any experience with Everest coolers…My pizza table isn’t going to make it once it gets hot out it’s time to start budgeting for a new cooler and Everest is about $800 more than a Avantco cooler. Everest has a 3 year warranty and Avantco only does a 1 year. and there are some negative...

So there were no lines around the block but, we did about double a normal monday! I’m super happy with that! best part about it…they rerun this show all the time.
