yes we use our regular dough. try it at your shop. It’s best to let the dough rest in the pan for an hour or so. that will help it puff back up after going through the ringer. we are working on a Sicilian pizza that will use a different dough…its amazing!
Gulp!!! Thankfully we will get hit the following day…monday. a slow day…but i’m still freaking out. I’m gonna prep and order double and see where that gets me…

Steak was never that big for me. had it for about 4.5 years, we did panini, sandwiches, and a dinner. never offer it in a pizza though, we used prime NY vein steaks. They were good but it never really sold. discontinued them a while back.

yeah i won’t do it. I have never enjoyed a hot avocado. I just feel they don’t bring much to the party once they are heated up. Even on a burger; I’d rather get a extra buck for a fried egg on top of a burger.
