    I’m in Buffalo NY, the official capital of the chicken wing 🙂 Some of our sauces are made in house, some we buy. We use Franks for our hot, Sweet Baby Rays for our smokehouse and honey BBQ. We make our own Medium, mild and BBQ sauces.

    We cut our dough into sticks and bake them. We let them cool then cover them with our garlic butter sauce, put them on trays and in the cooler. Then we put them 1/2 way though the oven to heat them up and serve them. Our customers go crazy for them.

    We do between 30 and 40 min. Our fryers get really jammed up and it slows us down. Deliveries are “we will try to have it there within an hour”. It’s Friday, people in my area understand.

    We do one point for $1.00 for most menu items. We do exclude lunch specials, drinks and side items like extra blue cheese. Every 100 points is $5.00 off and every 200 points is a free large cheese and one item pizza.

    We really don’t. We have had people ask if they can combine and we tell them it’s not possible. What I suggest to them is that, since our points don’t expire, build up enough points under one phone number, redeem them and then just use the other number exclusively.

    We’ve been using Prism by Microworks for over 10 years. Their customer support is outstanding and we find it’s very user friendly. You can message me if you have any other questions.

    Here in Buffalo a lot of people order extra blue cheese with their pizza and wings. If it’s with a wing order, it goes in the wing box. If it’s with a pizza and there are no wings on the box, it’s separated.

    We have Prism and I’ve used their online ordering for many years. I’ve had a few companies like ChowNow approach me but I’ve never seen a reason. We’re very happy with Prism and adding another platform with separate hardware seems like a pain.

    How about the people who work with 500+ other people and don’t give their name when they order? Then my driver shows up and he has no idea who to ask for.
