We slice our own block motz for our pizzas. Currently we don’t weigh it out because the machine doesn’t slice it the same thickness each time. Do you think it would be worth it for me to have my employees weigh out the cheese for each pizza? I’m just afraid it would take too much time.

What about the ones for a cheap vacation? Can I sue those people?

Chicken fingers dipped in med wing sauce. Also a Buffalo Chicken pizza should have blue cheese on it.

I have used Prism for almost 7 years and I have to agree with you, their CS is outstanding. We just started using their web ordering and we love it.

I love our POS. The only thing I wish it had was a better scheduling program.

I’m from Buffalo so all we get are fresh wings. We usually get them from Will Poultry.

Christmas Eve we close at 8, we actually are really busy from 4-8. Christmas day closed and New Years normal hours.

Find the worst offenders and cut their pay. Money is a great motivator.

When we took the pizzas out the back all 3 of them were half gone (4 of 8 slices of each gone) If that would have happened in my shop she would have gotten 1/2 her money back. Try going into Sears and returning half a shirt and see how far it gets you. :roll:

Recently our delivery orders have slowed down to almost nothing. Monday we had two deliveries. I’m willing to try anything. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to increase lunchtime deliveries.
