    My Frying situation is getting out of hand too. But I only have a perfect fry unit. So I can only cook 1 thing at a time, Friday nights that machine is way backed up. I need to stop adding new menu items that need to be fried. But I have no advice for you.

    Is It still working out. I have been short staffed lately, And some times I have to cut off the phones. Last Saturday I had them off the whole night and sales were consistent with other Saturdays. Plus I noticed 5 regular phone customers that used online ordering for the first time.
