    I left out it was a free slice of cheese. I agree the free pizza all day would be excessive. We had a line for two solid hours and were just pegged out for those hours. All day could be disaster, especially if you are in a well populated area. We did not run any ads besides door hangers.

    Do not spend more for Marsal. I have worked both with BP and Marsal. The problem with the Marsal hot spots is they are small. So one point the of the oven will be really hot, opposed to the BP that has a general area that is hot or cool.

    I am just up the road from you. I am having the exact same problem. The weekends have picked up from the summer, but Tuesday through Thursday is awful. I looked at last years sales, and it did the same thing, but not to this extent.
