Recently switched over from conveyor ovens to a Rotoflex (deck) and am trying to get a grasp on how to bake subs & calzones in the oven. How does everyone here do it? In pans, screens, on foil? Thanks

Replacing them with a Rotoflex

I am putting up for sale my triple stack of XLT Ovens XLT-3255TS. Two of them were factory reconditioned (Direct from XLT not a 3rd party) in 2005 and the other was brand new in 2005. So only about 3 years use on them. Also included is the hood as well. $20,000 takes them all. I will be pulling...

I have full coverage on 4 Honda Fits. $3,600 per year total for all four cars. Coverage is through Erie insurance. Progressive quoted me similar rates.

George, Thanks for the info. I will explore the stubby Bakers Pride ovens a bit more. As for the events, we already have contracts signed and committed to, so getting into the events will be no problem. Thanks!
