    I dip my fingers in pizza sauce when I put mine on. It seems to help a lot with the stickiness of the sausage.

    I use the oxo scales it has a slide out that my 16" pizza board will not cover and you can see the weight as you are topping the pizza.

    I agree with the others I like the set up not the colors though the white on black looks sharp but the orange is hard to read.

    I was told once by the health inspector to use a belt sander on it when they get too bad. Did it one time and as long as you are careful & not gouge it. It does work.

    Mine was in a session where I learned there is a book out there on Amazon that teaches people how to steal money from you. I think it was called “Burn down the house”. Need to buy it so I know how many ways there are to steal.

    I do the same thing as you as far as the free shirts. I give them 2 for free then I charge them $6 each which is my cost on them for any additional shirts they need or want.

    Scale for toppings

    I really like the oxo scales. They are very reasonably priced. The only bad thing is they are battery operated but they don’t go through a lot of batteries as long as you don’t use the back light that you can turn on

    My most popular is my “Idiots Delight” Canadian bacon, Pepperoni, onions, mushroom, black olives, green peppers, ground beef. Tried posting a picture of it but it says it is too large of a file.
