We have sauerkraut on our menu for years. We sell a “Sour Pig” which is Canadian Bacon and Sauerkraut, but you can get it with any other toppings. My favorite lately is Italian Sausage & kraut.

I have a question for everybody. Last Saturday I had 2 couples come in for dinner. I did not recognize them & they paid with cash. They left an envelope with a thank you card inside with almost $300 inside of it in cash. All that is on the envelope is 1st names & the same with the card inside is...

I just sent out a bunch today & they are 8 1/2x11 & they did not say anything to me about it.

Thanks for the input guys…I can see where Steve would be open in a resort town…things are hopping during the holidays…I am thinking of doing what both Daddio & Deacon are doing and closing Sat & Sun & opening Monday.
