LittleMissPizza: I have made this one before only I used Pastrami instead of corned beef…It was good…I just put up a new pizza called the Idaho Spud It has pizza sauce, Cheese, Breakfast Bacon chunks & deep fried tator tots on it.

What are you hours going to be over the Christmas weekend? We are already closed on Sundays and we open at 4 on Saturdays…Not sure if it would pay to open on Saturday beings how we close early on Christmas eve, but Monday is a different thing altogether. Just might get busy with everybody else...

Thanks for everything! You all have brought some excellent points. I raised my delivery fee earlier this year by a $1 to $2 and nobody said a thing especially with gas going as high as it did. I am going to raise them a little bit at a time so that it is not a huge jump as before that way people...

I was just curious as to how often you raise your prices & by how much? I have not had a price increase in 2 years. When I did raise them up it was about 10% increase.

I used to have the same problem with my sauce & I found out the employees were using hot water to make the sauce and that made the Puree react with the spices.

The dishwasher I use is from Diversey. I believe they have been bought out by another company however, I really like the machine. They have a nice lease to own program and they offer monthly service checks as long as you are using their chemicals.

I am closed on Sundays. Tried opening a few years ago for the Super bowl & it was a total waste. This year I only had 1 phone call according to my caller ID.
