Will be opening Very soon and just realized I don’t have a CC machine.I know there was a guy on here that worked for or owned a company that did that.Should I buy a new machine off of Ebay. How do the fees work and things like that? I have no experience with CC’s at all. Thanks Derek

A friend of mine is insisting that I use fountain pop/soda behind the counter for my 15 seat pizzeria instaead of cans and bottles.Was wondering what the costs of it was.I’m pretty sure Pepsi will give you the equipment so was wondering about the syrup and cup.lid, etc. Thanks Derek

What is this 7/11 you guys are using?I used and planned on using again Full red Puree when I open(7/07!!!) and then just cut it down with water,sugar,etc. Thanks

Been looking for some on ebay and actually found the trays I think now looking for the pans.If someone could send me a link to some of the same kind of oans that will “season” with age and look like the old grungy ones it would be appreciated. Derek

I used to use the beat up old pans and since I can’t seen to find any of them anywhere.What would you reccomend starting out with?Should I just get my ovens first and then try both? Being so green going into this(it’s been 10+ yrs) It’s just the little things that have me stressed. Derek

Talked to the sales lady at abestkitchen.com and looks like I’m going to be purchasing a dbl stack from them on Monday. I chose them over the 802’s as I just don’t think I will need that volume, and over the Blod 1048-1060 as they have a 10" door and I would think you would lose more heat that...
