    Not cheap but we added an accordion style window to the front of our shop and added bar seating inside & outside…it really draws people in and on nice days feels like we are on vacation while at work

    thanks…that is actually the first draft that Stream did for me. I have to re-work the design but its good for now. I have been emailing them price changes and they put them in right away until we finalize the design

    we went with Bally for cooler and freezer…put in glass doors on the opposite end of door for dough storage. We had Norlake for almost 20yrs before that and it was a good unit and still runs. Either choice the remote refrigeration outside of the kitchen is the key
