    It is time to hire a new CPA

    I don’t have a fryer. Are you using breaded tenders ? Do you think they would do well pre baked on conveyer, then cooked 1 pass and served as we do our wings now ? We do not sell near the volume you are doing , congrats !

    Brand new mixer not working

    Make sure all the three phase wires are hooked up correctly at the panel. Today my new hvac heater quit working and would only buzz, traced problem to panel outside, one 3 phase wire was loose.

    QuickBooks For Restaurants

    We use quickbooks and have Wells Fargo do payroll and payroll tax about 120 per month. We then use an accounting service for end of year and file taxes , about 400 dollars. We used to use a CPA without quickbooks and pay 7,000.

    Steve, did you burn out on that model of operation ? Was it profitable ? Or a Pain in TA ? I’ve often thought of doing that to keep labor and equipment costs down.
