I wouldn’t bother with the heart shaped pizza. Valentine’s Day is one of our busiest days and we don’t do anything different. I was not expecting it our first year and we go slammed. As far as where to find the screens, I don’t recall ever seeing a heart shaped screen, just pans.

My landlord has agreed to replace my sealed concrete floor with something better. I was think to have it replaced with a VCT floor or an epoxy floor. Any thoughts? I want something easy to clean and durable.

I have been paying $.35 for LMPS /WM Blend diced. I assumed that because I was getting it diced I was paying a little more over block. Is $.35 still too much, should I try to get them to lower it?

I don’t know how to do their crust. But when ever I see family in MN we get pizza and hoagies from Carbonie’s. I love their hoagies, I have tried many times to make something similar and haven’t been able to get it right.
