Paul, how does that 1700 compare to a normal Thursday for you and in your experience what percentage of sales will a Christmas day allow of a normal day? I’ve thought about opening on Christmas this year… I could use the extra revenue.

I usually take them out a plate and ask them to get rid of the wrappers for me. Outside drinks however I don’t allow in. I have a bar, and I can’t take the chance that someone brought in alcohol and is serving themselves, a minor or some combination.
