Well, 4-5 will be tough w/ what I used. I think, ultimately, nothing will work for that time period that does not have some sort of heat source. We used to have, as I mentioned, ones that were nearly identical to what you posted but had a sterno fuel cup that kept the pies warm for a long time...

You know… sometimes I think I could write a book. That goes for all of us. Right down to the lady who used to answer the door in nothing but a short t-shirt and would leave her purse WAY on top of the fridge so she’d have to stretch WAY up to get it. And she’d always say “now where is my purse?”...

Thanks- that’s pretty much just what I was thinking. Have a really small menu- pizzas, paninis and salads. One crust, 2 sizes, 6 salads and 8 paninis… and that’s pretty much it!

December is on the money… not a digital place- at all. Would almost look out of place and completely not the vibe I am after. I am grateful for the thoughts, though! If you saw the place, you’d say “Oh, OK… I got it”

Opening soon. I didn’t plan on a menu board and think that may be a mistake. Not doing anything crazy like digital but would not mind blowing up portions of the menu, having them mounted on boards, etc. Suggestions on that direction? Not sure who does that… Graphics shop, Staples, etc?

Mike’s comment is what led to a slicer… or the reality. When I told my rep I was planning on pre-sliced she said “few choices”, “higher prices” and “pretty poor quality” I don’t know… Was at Sams yesterday and saw their pre-sliced meats. I don’t plan on needing much… just doing some Paninis...

Used to use the same but with a Sterno fuel cup, but haven’t used them for 15+ years. You can get similar but they are just an insulated box with a cover. Well insulated and they work well for events, ballgames, etc but no heat source- how long are you looking for heat retention? The insulated...
