I have been with Prism by Microworks for 14 years and I agree with Steve 100%, customer service and sales have been exceptional with minimal problems to the system.
We make our own meatballs, have been for the last couple of years, they are delicious. We use them for meatball submarines, spaghetti and chop them as a pizza topping.
Funny thing is my local printer told me to use the online service taradel because he couldn’t produce the menus for what they would charge me for them shipped and they still buy pizza from me too!
Like a few others here I have had great experiences with Prism from Microworks. I would give them serious consideration. From driver routing to inventory and online ordering it is all streamlined plus great customer support.
The strategy I have used effectively is doing business with a smaller family owned supplier instead of trying to battle with the big boys. They take good care of us and are in the ballpark pricing wise. This pitting one against another is a waste of time if you can deal fairly with one supplier...
Thought i would start here. Does anyone have any suggestions on literature for franchising and/or expansion of a pizzeria? Any and all information will be useful as well as your personal experiences with growth here.
i just think its crazy to price your product like that even for a grand opening…folks may relate your product to cheap and only buy when you discount it
i have those games in my store for a quarter a play. they like them because its nostalgic and they can play them for the same quarter they did in the 80’s.
